Gino D'Acampo, the popular chef who often graces the kitchen of This Morning, has a fascinating backstory. He became a household name after his regular appearances on the ITV show, which led to other TV gigs like I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! and his own show, Italian Escape.
Off-camera, Gino has been happily married to his "first love" Jessica Stellina for 21 years, and they have three kids together: Luciano, 21, Rocco, 18, and Mia, 10. However, their relationship hasn't always been smooth sailing. The couple met when Gino was 18 and working at Sylvester Stallone's Mambo King restaurant in Marbella.
They briefly split up but got back together in 1995 and tied the knot in 2002.
In a surprising twist, Gino was convicted of burgling singer Paul Young's home in 1998, four years before he got married and he served two years in prison for the crime.
The public only found out about Gino's conviction when he appeared on I'm A Celebrity in 2009, which he ended up winning. He stole £4,000 worth of guitars, a platinum record, some cash and jewellery from the singer's home. Gino's DNA was found on a cigarette butt at the crime scene, leading to his arrest.
While in prison, Gino decided he wanted a fresh start upon release. He shared: "I was a boy, so I decided to get married and then I will be a man." Gino describes his relationship with Jessica as "traditional marriage" explaining: "I clean her car every week. I charge her toothbrush every time the battery is low, and I always bring her a bottle of cold water just in case she's thirsty at night.

It also claims that he was only told about the deal to sell half of Whole Oats Enterprises (WOE) to Primary Wave just two days before he was set to leave on a month-long tour.According to the report, Hall objects to the sale as he disagrees with the “business model” of Primary Wave, and thinks a sale could do “unimaginable” harm to the trademarks, personal name, royalties and online properties of Whole Oats Enterprises.“I was blindsided by this information,” Hall said of the proposed sale.
