The parents of three welcomed their youngest child, daughter Margot, in December and were quick to return to filming their TV series, sharing their life as they adapt to becoming a family of five. During the episode, Billie, and baby Margot, paid a visit to her mum's house, where she became tearful as she discussed the recent changes in her life.

Billie, 33, recently jetted to the stunning location with her husband Greg, 38, and their three kids and, as the family flew home to the UK, Billie was forced to hold four month old Margot for 12 hours because the only bassinet available on the flight home was broken. Making things even more difficult, Margot apparently needed changing five times during the flight.
