Amanda Holden has put her family's £5million Surrey 'forever home' on the market.
The Britain's Got Talent judge paid £3.5million for the pad seven years ago, and is hoping to make a massive £1.5million profit on the sale.
The house, owned by Amanda and her record producer husband Chris Hughes, underwent a renovation project over lockdown.
The impressive home boasts five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a study and an enormous 30ft x 27ft living room – perfect for entertaining friends, as well as a lavish kitchen-diner.
The family previously declared the house was their 'forever home' in 2015, but seem to be ready to move on from the property, writes the Mirror.
The mansion has often featured in the BGT judge’s Instagram page.
Pictures from its online listing show its modern stylish kitchen, massive living room, a study, spacious bedrooms, a walk-in wardrobe, its own bar and a hot tub.
During lockdown, Amanda renovated her Wilson Fink kitchen by adding new cupboards and workshops and adding mirrored tiles to the walls.
Over the breakfast bar hangs three disco ball-style lights, which are worth £850 each.
The décor reflects Amanda’s quirky taste in interior design, with pineapple-themed accessories around the home including printed wallpaper and a £125 lamp.
The home has an open-plan kitchen with incredible artwork, including a huge painting of a female astronaut.
The family also recently added a stunning outhouse kitted out with a bar and a hot tub on a large wooden decking area, near to a palm tree that she planted in memory of Sir Captain Tom Moore.
A source told the Daily Mail: “Amanda loves her family home and is really proud of the work she’s done on it.
“She’s had a real hand in the makeover and has enjoyed seeing her ideas come
