Sharon Stone stunned fans in her latest bikini snap as she bemoaned about getting 'in shape' at the end of summer.
The Basic Instinct star showed off her toned tummy as she posed in a multicoloured patterned bikini. The 64-year-old looked incredible as she jokingly asked in the caption: "Why do I always get in shape when summer's over?"
Sharon shared the snap with her 3.3 million followers and racked up an impressive 180,000 likes on the post. The actress's latest stunning snap comes after she divulged the secrets of her diet which helps her achieve her impressive physique.
Speaking to WSJ Magazine last week, she revealed her secrets included indulging in a fruit breakfast, swimming laps in her pool, sleeping eight hours every night, doing daily squats and taking baths filled with arnica and Dead Sea salts.
Going deeper into her routine, she told the publication: "My favourite breakfast is watermelon with feta cheese and mint, with olive oil and salt and pepper. And then I usually have a piece of gluten-free sourdough toast with that and a herbal tea."
She added: "'During Covid… I started devising different things that I just did for myself. I think squats are really important. If you do squats every day, that really does get your whole body together."
When it comes to swimming, she confessed her favourite stroke is butterfly as she feels it is a great all-rounder. And she admits her kids push her too as they all take part in planking competitions to see who can stick them for longest.
