A 23st dad whose ankle broke under his weight lost over six stone after his wife inspired him with her own weight loss journey.
Ollie Cooper, 29, wore a size 3XL at his heaviest and ate five takeaways a week. He had always struggled with his weight and would snack on meals and treats.
"I have always been overweight. Up to the age of 20, I have always been able to play a good standard of rugby. Inside I would have rather looked like the other lads," Ollie said.

He added: "I have always wanted to lose weight but never really knew how I could do it. People would tell me that I like Chinese food too much to change and I didn't really like eating vegetables or salad."
But he feared he wouldn't be able to play rugby again after breaking his ankle during a game due to his weight and would be in constant pain.
Ollie watched his wife, Elizabeth, 29, lose 7st 3lbs and felt inspired to make a change for himself. Afterwards, he joined the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan - which involves smoothies and shakes - and has lost 6st 7lbs.
The dad-of-one is now a slim 16st 2lbs, wearing a size large and says he feels like a "new person" and "the husband and father he always wanted" to be.
Ollie, a HGV driver, from Pendock, Worcestershire, said: "Now I have lost the weight it is like I have a new ankle. I have no pain at all, I am a new person. I am training to run the London Marathon and I am going back to playing rugby.
