The 2023 Oscars ceremony is finally here!
We’ve gathered all of the info you need to know about the annual awards show, including how to watch the live event.
The 2023 Academy Awards ceremony will take place at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday night (March 12) in Hollywood. There will also be a red carpet, and we’ll be posting the best photos throughout the night.

ABC will be airing the Oscars this year. The network’s official red carpet show kicks off at 6:30 p.m. ET / 3:30 p.m. PT.
The live awards ceremony will begin at 8:00 p.m. ET / 5:00 p.m. PT, though some awards are going to be handed out during a pre-show event that will be edited into the live show throughout the night.
The official Academy Awards preshow, “On the Red Carpet Live: Countdown to Oscars 95,” airs on ABC from 1 to 4 p.m. ET / 10 a.m.-1 p.m. PT, and will be available to stream on the ABC News Live website beginning at 1:30 p.m. ET / 10:30 a.m. PT until the start of the Oscars.
On ABC, the “Countdown to the Oscars” lead-in show will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the evening, starting at 6:30 p.m. ET / 3:30 p.m. PT.
Don’t have cable? Don’t worry: the Oscars will be available on streaming services like Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, and Fubo TV. Many of the services offer a trial, meaning you can watch the show for free!
If you don’t have a television but have access to a cable account, you can stream the show on ABC.com or the ABC app.
The show will be streaming on Hulu the next day.
