Heartbroken family pay tribute to 'loving' mum who tragically died in car crash

A grieving family have been left devastated following the tragic death of a much-loved mum-of-two.
Rachel Smith, 38, sadly died in a car crash on the evening of May 14.
The single-vehicle collision occurred on the M180 road near Scunthorpe, Grimsby Live reports.
Two men struggled to pull Rachel, from Grimsby, from the wreckage of the Ford Focus car.
The man driving the car escaped with minor injuries. Emergency services were quickly on the scene when the car crashed at approximately 9.15pm.
Her brother Karl Smith, praised the people who stopped to try to rescue his sister from the front passenger seat when the car ended up colliding with a tree before catching fire.
He said: "We are all shocked and devastated by what happened. The men who stopped did their best, while other cars were just speeding past.
"She was such a loving mother and devoted to all her family. Her sister is expecting a child very soon so she is not going to meet her niece."
Karl has been to the scene to light a candle and lay flowers and a photo in memory of his eldest sister, who has a teen son and five-year-old daughter.
Rachel's mum Pam Smith of Macaulay Street, Grimsby said: "She was a wonderful daughter and mother.
"She worked hard and loved all her family. She worked since she was 14 years old. We both worked together sometimes cleaning for various people.
"She worked for Lady Clean, Somerfields when it was on the go, Costa Coffee, Thorntons and Index. She loved going out with her sister and brother."
She said Rachel had been out with a friend having fun, when they were returning to Grimsby on Saturday evening.
Witnesses have given evidence to police who carried out a forensic examination of the scene to try to establish a cause of the crash in the
