Heart announce New Year’s Eve reunion show

ABC and Dick Clark Productions have extended their agreement for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest for five more years. The New Year’s Eve celebration will air on the network through Jan. 1, 2029.

Bleachers have shared their latest single ‘Alma Mater’ and have announced their new self-titled album ‘Bleachers’.‘Alma Mater’ is the second track to be released from Jack Antonoff and co.’s forthcoming album. It follows the lead single ‘Modern Girl‘, which was released earlier in September. The song was co-written by Lana Del Rey and features her singing “I’ll make it darker” towards the middle of the song.The track is slower with melodic horns, the complete opposite of the previously released lead single which saw the band share another feel-good track with a bright Americana beat and catchy lyrics about “going out and shaking ass”.Both tracks will be featured on the band’s fourth studio album ‘Bleachers’.

André 3000 will release a new solo album this Friday. The album is titled New Blue Sun and features eight tracks of him playing the flute. NPR, who spoke to the OutKast member ahead of the release, reveal that the album clocks in at 87 minutes and features a track titled "I swear, I Really Wanted To Make A 'Rap' Album But This Is Literally The Way The Wind Blew Me This Time." In recent years André 3000 has been spotted playing the flute in public settings, something that has confused onlookers and making him regularly go viral.

Courting have shared their latest single ‘Throw’ as well as announced their new album ‘New Last Name’ which was co-produced by The Cribs.Set for release on January 26, 2024 via Lower Third, ‘New Last Name’ sees the Liverpool-based band team up with both Gary and Ryan Jarman of The Cribs on production duty. According to a press release, ‘Throw’ sets the tone for the LP.Speaking about the track, Courting frontman Sean Murphy O’Neill said: “We wanted to write a song with a plot twist, a song that could be described as ‘an epic’. Lamenting a past love, our protagonist returns to ‘the city’, and remembers, misremembers, and forgets just about everything that has happened beforehand.
