Harry Potter star Josh Herdman has announced that he has married his 'soulmate' in a stunning cosy cottage-core ceremony. The actor, best known for playing Draco Malfoy's henchman Gregory Goyle in the films, shared some stunning images of his wedding on Instagram, revealing that he has tied the knot with his 'best friend.' The 36-year-old revealed that he got married back in August but has decided to reveal the happy newson Friday, 13 October.
Sharing the snaps, he wrote: "So in August, I tied the knot with my best friend, my soul mate, my everything. What a day it was." The stunning wedding appeared to take place in a cottage setting, with his beautiful bride wearing a white sleeveless dress, while Josh looked smart in a great suit and a black bowler hat.
Josh first appeared in the films as a fresh-faced 13-year-old when he was cast in the first of the hugely popular Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, back in 2001. Playing Slytherin bad boy Gregory Goyle, he also starred in the rest of the sequels until the popular JK Rowling films came to an end.
He went on to take on a few small acting roles and starred in the 2018 Robin Hood remake alongside the likes of Jamie Foxx and Taron Egerton.
These days, Josh is virtually unrecognisable after embarking on a new career as a professional MMA fighter.
The star made his professional debut in Romford, where he won against amateur fighter Janusz Walachowski. Speaking after the fight, he shared his love for the sport, saying: "It's raw, exciting, and unpredictable.
I find it more interesting than boxing, although I appreciate the beauty and art in boxing." He added that it 'made sense' to move into MMA because of his past Jiu-Jitsu training. Josh returned
