is nearly the equivalent of finding your soulmate. You gotta watch before you discover one that's ready to go the distance.The good news is that Netflix is delivering one of the best rom-coms we've seen in quite a while, and it's premiering in less than a month. It stars , Haley Lu Richardson, and breakout Ben Hardy.
The movie? Love at First Sight, based on the critically-acclaimed book, , by Jennifer E. Smith.The film may not have the most original title, but don't let that deter you. The same goes for the premise, which is pretty simple in theory: Hadley (Richardson) and Oliver (Hardy) begin to fall in love on their flight from New York to London, but accidentally lose each other at customs.
The odds of ever finding one another again seems impossible, but fate may have a way of intervening. However, the simplicity of the premise works in its favor. Add in off-the-charts adorable chemistry between Richardson and Hardy, a smart screenplay by Katie Lovejoy (To All the Boys: Always and Forever), and London as a backdrop, and you have all the ingredients for success.
