On Monday, April 8, the actress, 51, posted a snap on Instagram of her son to celebrate his 18th birthday. In the photo, Moses is his dad Chris's twin as he looked directly in the camera while relaxing on the sofa.
Goop founder Gwyneth penned a coming-of-age tribute to Moses, writing: "Happy 18th birthday to you, my son. I am so proud of who you are. I love your sensitivity and brilliance and quiet humour," the proud mum wrote in her caption.
