Green Day have announced that their next single ‘Dilemma’ will be released this week – check out the post below.Following on from recent tracks ‘The American Dream Is Killing Me’ and ‘Look Ma, No Brains!’, the song will serve as the third preview of the trio’s 14th studio album ‘Saviors’ (out January 19).Taking to social media this week, Billie Joe Armstrong and co. confirmed that ‘Dilemma’ will arrive tomorrow (December 7).
“Throwing a rager of a holiday party,” they wrote. “‘Dilemma’ is out everywhere on Thursday, come by then to check it out.”Green Day attached a festive poster that features a strip of black-and-white photobooth images, along with the message: “A Very Green Day Holiday!” Additionally, the band invited fans to RSVP on their official YouTube channel.See the update here:Throwing a rager of a holiday party.

Other song titles on the ‘Father Of All Motherfuckers’ follow-up include ‘One Eyed Bastard’, ‘1981’, ‘Suzie Chapstick’ and ‘Living In The ’20s’.During a recent interview, the group explained that ‘Saviors’ “bridges the gap” between fan-favourite records ‘American Idiot’ and ‘Dookie’. They also described the project as “the best of” their career.Green Day will be embarking on a huge world tour next year in support of the album, while also celebrating 30 years of 1994’s ‘Dookie’ and 20 years of 2004’s ‘American Idiot’.

BTS’ Jimin has released a new digital single titled ‘Closer Than This’, dedicated to the group’s fans.Today (December 22), the BTS singer unveiled a music video for his new track. In an announcement earlier this week, Big Hit Music said that the song conveys Jimin’s “love and affection for his fans”.The accompanying music video opens with a behind-the-scenes clip where Jimin brainstorms lyrics for the track.

Creamfields has unveiled a new 30,000 capacity indoor main stage called APEX for its 2024 edition.The festival, which will take place over the August Bank Holiday weekend from August 22-25 next year at its usual site in Daresbury, Cheshire, is already sold out.The festival claims that APEX will be the largest indoor festival superstructure in the world, and promises it will be paired with “jaw dropping production”. Nadine Shah has released ‘Twenty Things’, the second single from her upcoming full-length, ‘Filthy Underneath’. Upon a hypnotic groove, dramatic piano stabs and a gloomy sonic atmosphere, Shah recounts various colourful characters who appear to hide darker secrets. In the second verse, she sings: “They’re laying flowers by the bus stop / Some poor old junkie’s lucks up / Took a man and woman on the same day / His right leg shorter than the other / The second eldest brother / Goes to see his mother every Sunday ”. In a press release, Shah expressed that the sombre track was inspired by a slate of characters she encountered “whilst in recovery”.
