Good Morning Britain's Laura Tobin has appeared on live TV rocking her BAFTA gown on air after a night out with Lorraine Kelly.
Laura Tobin, the meteorologist for Good Morning Britain, made quite the entrance on the ITV show this morning, still donning her glamorous BAFTA attire from the previous evening, reports the Mirror.
The 42-year-old weather presenter joined hosts Ed Balls and Susanna Reid on set after celebrating at the BAFTA TV Awards with none other than Scots star Lorraine.
Lorraine received a special accolade at the BAFTA ceremony, with Succession star and fellow Scot Brian Cox presenting the award to the "queen of daytime TV" in recognition of her 30 years helming her ITV chat show.
Laura, evidently still in high spirits from the festivities, headed straight to the Good Morning Britain studio from the afterparty.
Following the morning's headline roundup, Susanna and Ed engaged Laura in conversation about the previous night's BAFTA TV Awards.
As they discussed Lorraine's significant achievement, viewers were treated to an image of Laura, resplendent in a white dress adorned with floral details, standing next to Lorraine and her newly acquired trophy.
"We're going to address what you came in wearing," Susanna told Laura. "I think it's the dress in this photo, just before 5 am this morning..." Laura quickly hit back, claiming she had gone to bed before turning up for work.
"I'm so embarrassed," she confessed. "I went to bed at a reasonable time but I couldn't unzip the dress myself so had to sleep in it. I have been to sleep!".
Ed couldn't help but laugh as he said: "That is the least convincing lie I have ever heard."
