Hollywood icon Keanu Reeves has made a rare public appearance alongside his girlfriend artist Alexandra Grant as they attended the 2022 MOCA Gala in Los Angeles. The loved up pair have been in a relationship for several years, but finally went public in November 2019 as they attended a small number of high profile events together.

Keanu Reeves and Alexandra Grant turned a red carpet appearance into a special date night. On Saturday, the actor and his artist girlfriend attended the 2022 MOCA Gala held at the Geffen Contemporary at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles. The "Matrix Resurrection" star, 57, and the 49-year-old held hands and smiled into each other’s eyes as they walked the red carpet for the outing.

Celebrities were out in full force at the 2022 MTV Movie and TV Awards, which took place on Sunday 5 June. The event, which was held at The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, saw many famous faces take home awards, with actress Zendaya being awarded Best Performance in a Show for her role in Euphoria, while Ryan Reynolds took home the gong for Best Comedic Performance for Free Guy.

The musician has also been nominated for a Grammy Award in the past, and now serves as an adjunct instructor at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. The pair also share some midwestern roots, as Wooten is a transplant to the city from Chicago whereas the actor grew up in Toledo, Ohio.
