Gogglebox star Stephen Lustig-Webb has explained why he was absent from the latest episode of the show with his husband Daniel. A new series of the Channel 4 show started on Friday (February 24) but fan favourites Stephen and Daniel were nowhere to be seen.
However, viewers need not worry as Stephen and Daniel have now explained their absence, reassuring fans they will be back. Posting an adorable selfie of the both of them beaming at the camera, Stephen explained why they didn't film.
He said: "He’s home just in time for #gogglebox we are not on this week as Daniels been away sunning himself in Dubai." Fans were quick to gush in the comments about how much the two of them were missed, with one writing: "You guys make my viewing! Can't wait for this season!" Another commented: "Missed you guys on Friday xxxx", while a third agreed, saying: "We missed you both!" Somebody else wrote: "Ah I've missed you boys this week!" While fellow Gogglebox star Ellie Warner joked: "Oh it's alright for some," with several laughing and heart emojis.
