James Blunt had Good Morning Britain viewers in tears today as he spoke of the heartbreaking story behind his latest song.
The Beautiful hitmaker spoke to Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid about his dad, Charles Blunt, who has stage four chronic kidney disease.
James told the panel that he recorded the video for his single, Monsters, with his father next to him as his way of saying goodbye to him following long-term ill health.
