Selena Kuznikov Cinespia has announced the first screenings to kick off its 23rd summer season of outdoor screenings around Los Angeles, and will host a first-time screening at Pasadena’s Rose Bowl Stadium. Upcoming viewings include “Mamma Mia!” on May 10, “Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers” on May 17 at Los Angeles State Historic Park and “Almost Famous” on May 25 at the Rose Bowl Stadium. “We’re thrilled to be back for our 2024 summer season with an amazing initial lineup of films,” said John Wyatt, founder of Cinespia.

Renée Rapp has called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza during the GLAAD Media Awards.The singer, songwriter and Mean Girls star made the comments during last night’s ceremony (March 14), at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.When on stage receiving the award for Outstanding Music Artist, Rapp used her acceptance speech to share her thoughts on the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict and speak out in support of those in Gaza.“We’re in a room of very influential people, very privileged people, which is exciting and also a huge privilege to be a part of that,” she began. “Having said that, I’d like to take the opportunity to show support and call for an immediate ceasefire and permanent ceasefire in Gaza.”Her comments were met with applause, and towards the end of the speech she urged the attendees to stand up in support of all sectors of society that face oppression.

Reneé Rapp has postponed the final two shows on her UK tour due to illness and to prevent vocal cord injury.The singer and Mean Girlsstar was due to perform two shows at The Brook in Southampton as part of her ‘Snow Hard Feelings Tour’ on Thursday (March 7).However the singer has revealed that she’s been “been sick for the majority of” the European leg of her tour and has been advised to rest her voice to avoid “long term injury”.“Guys I’m sure you could tell but my voice was gone after last nights show,” Rapp wrote in a social media post yesterday (March 5).“I’ve been sick for the majority of the European leg of this tour, and without any recovery time I can’t seem to shake it. Ted Lasso star Brendan Hunt is over the moon as he welcomes his second child with his fiancée Shannon Nelson.The couple are super happy to introduce their 'beautiful and perfect' new baby boy, Archiebald Felix Nelson, to the world. Shannon shared a lovely message on Instagram saying that little Archie had "decided to join us" and that they felt "so lucky" to have him.
