Geordie Shore star Aaron Chalmers has been rushed to hospital for an emergency operation. The MTV reality TV show star is reportedly undergoing surgery on his nose. He wrote: "Emergency operation on the nose to drain a hematoma.
Not ideal situation but a minor set back and back training ASAP ready for another fight date. " He added: "Worst part is done [laughing emoji] Now just to wait for surgery!! Needles ain't for me like. " It comes just weeks after he signed a promotional deal with Boxxer.

He said: “I thoroughly enjoyed my time in MMA but I always knew that boxing was where I wanted to be. Now I’ve got the chance to fulfil that dream and over the next few years I’m going to give it my all.
"Boxxer CEO Ben Shalom added: "Millions of people know Aaron Chalmers as a television star and professional MMA fighter, but he’s very serious about boxing and I’ve witnessed his dedication over the past twelve months. Adam Booth is one of the most accomplished trainers out there, so I’m looking forward to some exciting fights and seeing how far he can go. " Chalmers won five of his seven fights in MMA having fought for BAMMA and Bellator but has not competed for almost two years.
