The Only Way Is Essex star had been performing in the role of Matron 'Mama' Morton in the iconic musical, but sources are saying it's all over her, thanks to an injury. The Sun reports that the blonde reality TV star has been told by her doctors and medical professionals to leave the show, following a flare-up of the knee injury which she suffered in 2019 when on Dancing on Ice.
Gemma was planning to make her big debut at the Sunderland Empire Theatre on May 31, before embarking on a week's-long run in the show. A friend of the star told The Sun: "Gemma is absolutely gutted she’s had to pull out of Chicago.
