Bury-born Gemma welcomed her second child into the world with her Strictly Come Dancing star fiancé Gorka Marquez back in July. The couple, who met on the BBC One dance contest in 2017, announced back in January that they were expanding their brood following the birth of their first child, Mia, in July 2019.
The pair went on to keep their fans and followers updated during the pregnancy and have continued to do so since their baby boy Thiago Thomas Marquez, also known as Tio for short, made a safe arrival into the world on July 17, just a couple of weeks after Mia's fourth birthday.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday (November 28), Gemma shared a sweet snap of Mia and Tio as the siblings continue to form what will no doubt be an unbreakable bond. The adorable black and white picture showed Mia smiling for the camera as she sat on the sofa with her baby brother giggling away on her knee.
It is then when former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks star Gemma said: "I never want Mia and Tio growing up making their mistakes and thinking 'Mum & Papa are gonna kill me'. When they make mistakes I hope they think 'ring mum and Papa, they’ll know what to do'."
