Gareth Ainsworth's Bolton Wanderers prediction after Wycombe's loss to Sheffield Wednesday

Gareth Ainsworth believes Bolton Wanderers will be among a clutch of clubs challenging the likes of Sheffield Wednesday who beat his Wycombe side for promotion out of League One this season.
Wanderers sit in the top six over the international break but have not been in action this weekend. The proposed clash against Portsmouth at Fratton Park was called off due to international call-ups and will be rearranged, most likely for a midweek evening match.
Bolton's game was one of four in League One postponed this weekend, but action in the rest of the division has continued. Wycombe were beaten 3-1 by Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough yesterday afternoon.

Sam Vokes had cancelled out Joe Jacobson's own-goal early on. But the Owls took the three points thanks to goals from Barry Bannan and Callum Paterson.
Chairboys boss Ainsworth believes his side did not take their chances, while the Owls did and will be up at the top of League One this campaign. But he feels Wanderers, Ipswich Town, Portsmouth and Charlton Athletic are other sides who will be competing with them for that this campaign.
He told the Bucks Free Press : "We had some good chances and we created as many chances as any team will probably get here as this is an unbelievable place to come. It’s intimidating, they are a huge club with some fantastic players and Darren Moore has recruited really well.
“I am not trying to take anything away from Sheffield, but when we get our moments, we need to make them count.
