In recent episodes, Elaine, who got engaged to Stephen earlier this year, almost died after the Weatherfield murderer, who has a life insurance policy on her, spiked her tea and replaced her blood pressure pills with caffeine pills.

Coco Lee, who had a highly successful career in Asia, has died by suicide at the age of 48.In a post on Lee’s official Facebook page, her two elder sisters Carol and Nancy Lee shared that the singer had been battling depression for several years. “CoCo had been suffering from depression for a few years but her condition deteriorated drastically over the last few months,” the statement read.It continued: “Although CoCo sought professional help and did her best to fight depression, sadly that demon inside of her took the better of her.”The sisters shared that Lee attempted to take her life at home over the weekend and was rushed to a hospital.

Sophia Scorziello editor Leandro De Niro Rodriguez, a grandson of Robert De Niro who also acted in “A Star Is Born,” has died. He was 19. Drena De Niro, Rodriguez’s mother and daughter of Robert De Niro and his first wife Diahnne Abbott, announced her son’s death in a post on Instagram Sunday. She wrote, “My beautiful sweet angel. I have loved you beyond words or description from the moment I felt you in my belly. You have been my joy my heart and all that was ever pure and real in my life. I wish I was with you right now. I wish I was with you. I don’t know how to live without you but I’ll try to go on and spread the love and light that you so made me feel in getting to be your mama. You were so deeply loved and appreciated and I wish that love alone could have saved you . I’m so sorry my baby. I’m so sorry. Rest in peace and eternal paradise my darling boy.”

Actor Alan Arkin, who won an Oscar for Little Miss Sunshine, has died. The 89-year-old star's death was confirmed by his agent.
