Fox Renews 3 TV Shows in 2024 (So Far)

We’re gathering up all of the TV show renewals that have been announced in 2024, so far, and there’s 32 major series that will be returning for new seasons.

Marta Balaga Slovakia’s explosive political drama “Our People” will head to Series Mania’s Forum Co-Pro Pitching Sessions in March. Produced by Jakub Viktorín and Tomáš Hrubý for nutprodukcia and written by Miro Šifra, it will be directed by Tereza Nvotová. The miniseries, inspired by tragic real events, depicts the killing of investigative journalist Ján Kuciak and his fiancee Martina Kušnírová.

Caroline Brew editor Jay Pharoah, known for “Saturday Night Live” and “The Blackening,” will host “The Quiz with Balls,” a new Fox game show. Each episode will feature two families competing for $100,000 in a “battle of the balls,” combining a high-stakes quiz show with a large-scale physical competition. “When I got hit up about hosting an epic face-off between big brains and even bigger balls, I was like … ’I got this,’” Pharoah said in a statement.
