Although legendary filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola is still trying to find a distributor for his decades-in-the-making new drama, “Megalopolis,” we finally have our first official look at “The Godfather” director’s brand new epic sci-fi-ish drama via Vanity Fair. In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Casey Affleck says that “Midnight Run” served as his inspiration for writing a brand new Boston-based heist film called “The Instigators.” This news comes fresh off the heels of both Affleck and Matt Damon playing military men in last year’s global phenomenon “Oppenheimer.” The film is co-written by Affleck and features the two going back to their Boston origins.

Martin Freeman-starring series “The Responder” has revealed first-look photos of its anticipated second season. The prestigious Ibero-American awards event takes place April 20 in Cancun, Mexico where “Allende…” has been nominated for best series, best actor for Alfredo Castro, who plays the doomed socialist president Salvador Allende, and best actress for Aline Kuppenheim.
