Three months after welcoming a beautiful baby girl named Finty, Ferne McCann is embracing her post-partum figure as she focuses on her health.
The First Time Mum star, 33, shared a post to her nutrition-based Instagram, where she posts about health and fitness, celebrating fitting back into a pair of jeans she wore prior to falling pregnant. Over the moon with her weight loss since giving birth, Ferne shared her excitement by writing in the caption: "You lot won’t believe it…..I’ve only gone and got myself into my jeans ….I am absolutely BUZZING! "A few weeks ago these wouldn’t even do up!!! & 2 months before that I could barely pull them up over my thighs." Explaining how she has achieved weight loss through changing her diet, she continued: "Here’s the deal…all I have been following is my simple, delicious breakfast plan.
I DO NOT restrict myself as I love my food but I do apply balance to my life and exercise 3 times a week. "I still enjoy my life! And I never want to feel like I’m on a diet…this is a lifestyle.
If you have a body goal & want to join me in my customer care group & challenge then send me a DM." Ferne welcomed Finty with her fiancé Lorri Haines in July, almost six years after becoming a mother to older daughter Sunday with her ex Arthur Collins. As she focuses on eating a healthy diet, Ferne appears to have added one very unexpected ingredient into her routine - breast milk! Appearing on daytime show Steph's Packed Lunch recently, the reality star considered turning her breast milk into ice cream.
Host Steph McGovern, questioned whether Ferne had tried her own breast milk yet. Ferne replied, saying: "Of course I have!" She continued: "I'm just curious.
It's like Liquid Gold. I've come up with all sorts
