Ferne McCann is already giving her all in the gym just weeks after the star welcomed her second child. Ferne’s personal trainer, Tim Pitman, shared a clip of her working up a sweat on social media.
The star took on the battle ropes and chucked a couple of medicine balls about as she rocked a skintight olive green bodysuit.
Tim captioned the video: “So good to see @fernemccann absolutely smash her training.

Another added that Ferne’s fitness content is “an inspiration” for other young mums trying to get “back on the wagon.” Ferne welcomed her daughter Finty on 6 July with her businessman fiance, Lorri Haines - known as Lozza.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star was already mum to five year old Sunday, who she shares with her ex Arthur Collins. After the birth of her second child, Ferne opened up about her unusual name choice.
The star spoke exclusively to OK!, saying: “It was on my name list when I gave birth to Sunday.
I don’t know where I got it from, but when I typed it in [on Google] I saw Judi Dench’s daughter’s nickname is Finty. I’ve always loved it and never heard it anywhere else before.” Judi Dench’s daughter Tara Cressida Frances Williams has gone by the nickname since she was a little girl, when her parents came up
