Her return to screens has caused a major divide amongst viewers but Emmerdale fans now think Meena Jutla will - quite literally - get away with murder in upcoming scenes. The serial killer was seen fro the first time in a couple of weeks during Monday night's trip to the Dales with fans seeing her behind bars and awaiting trial following a plea hearing last month which saw her plead not guilty to the murders of Ben Tucker, Andrea Tate and Leanna Cavanagh.
Viewers of the ITV soap saw her being visited by her defence barrister just as she was partaking in a few morning stretches. She arrived to her cell to update her on how their case was building and said it was her job to get a not guilty verdict from the jury for Meena, and ultimately set her free.

And with it still unclear as to whether Meena's sister Manpreet Sharma will take to the stand to testify against her, Meena and Milligan started plotting, with the former nurse telling her representative that she could share stories on Manpreet that'll make people's 'blood run cold' and Milligan was soon confirming to her client that she'll write bad character evidence for Manpreet.
But fans of the ITV soap were soon made aware that Manpreet had a change of heart and would take to the stand to testify against her sister. In order to prepare, she enlisted the help of Ethan to act out the scenario she'll soon find herself in after she suffered a panic attack and ran away during Meena's initial hearing.
"This isn't going to be easy. I'm going to have to say some really difficult things," Ethan warned her and while she initially agreed to it being fine, Manpreet soon called an end
