True Detective fans, let the countdown begin! The newest version of the beloved franchise, True Detective: Night Country, will premiere Jan. 14, Max announced on Wednesday.

HBO has set Jan. 14 as premiere date for True Detective: Night County, starring Jodie Foster and Kali Reis. The network also has released a new trailer for the six-episode series, which will be available to stream on Max. Issa López serves as showrunner, writer, and director of all episodes. 

Joe Otterson TV Reporter HBO has set the premiere date for the Season 4 of “True Detective.” Officially dubbed “True Detective: Night Country,” the six-episode season will launch on Jan. 14 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO and Max.

Showtime has set a November premiere date for comedy The Curse, starring Emma Stone, Nathan Fielder and Benny Safdie. The 10-episode series will launch Friday, November 10 on streaming and on demand for Showtime and Paramount+ subscribers before making is linear debut on Showtime on Sunday, November 12 at 1 pm ET/PT. Showtime also has unveiled an expanded look at images from the series, which will have its world premiere at the 2023 New York Film Festival on Thursday, October 12, screening the first three episodes. Jaden Thompson More than a year after her daytime show went off the air, Ellen DeGeneres is returning to television — in a much different capacity. DeGeneres is bringing a passion project, showing her love for animals, to Discovery Channel with a two-hour documentary special, “Saving the Gorillas: Ellen’s Next Adventure.” The special will air on Sept. 23 at 8 p.m.

The show has also revealed its first trailer, which can be seen below.

Goosebumps, Disney+’s live-action series based on R.L. Stine’s bestselling Scholastic book series, is set to premiere on both Disney+ and Hulu on Friday, October 13. The 10-part series from Disney Branded Television and Sony TV, will drop the first five episodes as part of Disney+’s “Hallowstream” and Hulu’s “Huluween” celebrations, with subsequent new episodes streaming weekly. Additionally, the series’ first two episodes will air on Freeform on October 13th, as part of its “31 Nights of Halloween” programming.
