As you’ve probably heard and read, hopefully from us, the new indie sci-f film “Divinity” is one of the craziest films of the year, a cult classic in the making, and a gonzo, experimental, batsh*t crazy movie that’s innovative af. This is the type of filmmaker and filmmaking so strong it gets the attention of a filmmaker who comes on as an executive producer to champion it, and that’s exactly what Steven Soderbergh has done with “Divinity” (remember, Soderbergh essentially did the same thing with Christopher Nolan did, sans credit, for “Memento” and look how that turned out).

BBC has released a series of first look images of This Town, the new drama series from Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight.Set in 1981, the six-part series centres on a band’s formation against a backdrop of violence, and is described as a love letter to Birmingham and Coventry, featuring fierce new music.The cast is led by a number of rising stars, including Levi Brown (Loss and Return), Jordan Bolger (The Woman King), Ben Rose (Line of Duty) and Eve Austin (You) as its four young leads.This Town also stars Michelle Dockery (Downton Abbey), Nicholas Pinnock (Marcella), and David Dawson (My Policeman).In the first look images, the one above shows leads Ben Rose as Bardon Quinn, Jordan Bolger as Gregory Williams and Levi Brown as Dante Williams walking down a street.Another image shows Brown as Dante Williams in a record store, and in a third photo he’s pictured sharing a moment with Austin’s Jeannie Keefe in a dressing room.Dockery’s Estella and Pinnock’s Deuce Williams are also pictured getting ready to perform. EastEnders fans have been floored by a link to Little Mo in a scene with Freddie Slater during Tuesday night's episode as "history repeats itself." In dramatic scenes which aired on 3 October, Freddie raced to the rescue as he walked in on Theo Hawthorne attempting to rape Stacey Slater in the kitchen.Theo had pinned Stacey to the ground and covered her mouth to prevent her from shouting for help as Freddie returned to the house. Freddie made his way to the kitchen, and in some distressing scenes, pulled Theo off Stacey before repeating the actions of his mum, Little Mo, in a huge twist.
