Former EastEnders star Rob Kazinsky has delighted fans on social media as he embarks on a gruelling fitness regime.
The 39 year old soap star first shot to fame in the BBC soap back in 2006, when he played the role of Albert Square heartthrob Sean Slater, initially enjoying a three year run on the show before heading off to pursue other projects, including roles in Hollywood smash hits Pacific Rim and Captain Marvel. While starring on EastEnders, Rob was well known for his fresh looks and trademark mop of auburn hair, however since leaving the show the actor has undergone a major transformation - which included shaving off his hair.
Taking to Instagram to document his progress, the TV and film star revealed his plans to whip himself into shape ahead of his upcoming 40th birthday later this year. Sharing a shirtless photo of himself, Rob promised to take his fans on his transformation journey over the next few weeks as he promised to inspire others and keep himself accountable during the gruelling challenge.
Alongside the image, Rob wrote: “You’re gonna be seeing a fair bit more activity over the next few months, and it’s the kind of activity and vanity I steadfastly avoid. Fitness S**t.” He continued: “Here is day one, my starting off point.
