Charlie, 26, took on the role of 10 year old Ben in 2006 and went on to be a regular face on the BBC soap for four years, featuring on nearly 300 episodes in total. As a result of Defendant Rodney Bingenheimer’s and Defendant Kim Fowley’s sexual abuse and assault, Plaintiff has suffered severe emotional, physical and psychological distress, including shame, and guilt, economic loss, economic capacity and emotional loss.”
