A speeding Albanian delivery driver with an expired licence who mowed down and killed a "bright and caring" Scots teenager has been jailed for more than five years.

A Scots drunk driver has been charged after allegedly causing a three-car crash and attacking a member of the public.
Police were called to reports of a crash on Springburn Road on Saturday, November 18. A 30-year-old woman was arrested at the scene and a report was sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A roadside test revealed that the driver had a blood alcohol level of 73, more than three times the legal limit of 22. The woman was also accused of attacking a member of the public after the collision.
Police shared an image of a silver car with a mangled bumper on social media.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 7.05pm on Saturday, November 18, 2023, we were called to a report of a crash and subsequent disturbance on Springburn Road, Glasgow. There are no reported injuries."
They added: "A 30-year-old woman was arrested and charged in connection with the incident. A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
