NEW YORK -- Former Manhattan prosecutor Linda Fairstein has sued Netflix and film director Ava DuVernay over her portrayal in the streaming service's miniseries about the Central Park Five case, which sent five black and Latino teenagers to prison for a crime they were later absolved of committing.

Drake is taking legal action against Australian company Bellroy and L.A.-based Clae, claiming the merchandise brands copied his OVO owl logo.
The God’s Plan hitmaker founded his OVO Clothing company back in 2011, selling apparel including T-shirts, sweatshirts, varsity jackets, baseball hats and sneakers, featuring the image.
However, in papers obtained by TMZ, the star claims Bellroy “changed the design of the owl by altering its posture, width, wings and feet in order to blatantly mimic the OVO
