Kim Petras has surprise dropped her previously shelved debut album ‘Problématique’.The LP arrived on Monday (September 18) – just three months after her major label debut ‘Feed The Beast‘ – which was previously scrapped after tracks were leaked in August last year.Originally dubbed as her label debut, ‘Problématique’ was first confirmed back in 2021. However, she later announced the album was “scrapped” following songs being shared online.“I know for the fans, it was very hard to see a whole album go away — for me, too,” Petras said whilst speaking to Billboard in 2022, “That original album got me through the pandemic.”The bubblegum-pop star’s new EP features 10 tracks including the Paris Hilton collaboration ‘All She Wants’, which follows their team up on the reimagining of Hilton’s 2006 debut ‘Stars Are Blind’.The singer also announced the album’s arrival on her social media, posting the cover art with the caption: “Problématique.

Jack Fincham has pulled out of Love Island Games to appear on Celebrity Ex On The Beach instead, according to reports. It comes after the 32 year old reality star, who won Love Island 2018 with then-girlfriend Dani Dyer, was reportedly arrested on suspicion of drug-driving and using false plates on his car last month. As we reported last week, Chatrian had been expected to stay on beyond 2024, and was surprised to learn that the German body which oversees the festival, Kulturveranstaltungen des Bundes in Berlin (KBB), announced that it would no extend his contract. The org had previously said it would abandon the model of having an executive director and an artistic director and return instead to having a single director, following the next edition.

Doja Cat has shared a video for her single ‘Demons’ starring Christina Ricci and revealed an updated cover for her forthcoming album ‘Scarlet‘.Directed by Doja Cat alongside Christian Breslauer, the video features the artist as a demon with black horns and red eyes crawling on the ceiling as Ricci lay in bed looking up during a dark and stormy night.One of the scenes in the video pays homage to Stanley Kubrick’s 1980 film The Shining and sees Doja Cat sitting in a bathtub while black liquid overflows and a black-clawed hand grabs the back of the rapper’s head.‘Demons’ is the third single to be released from Doja Cat’s forthcoming fourth studio album ‘Scarlet’, which is set for release on September 22. The track follows the previously released singles ‘Paint The Town Red‘ and ‘Attention‘.The rapper also revealed an updated cover for ‘Scarlet’ after it was discovered that she hada nearly identical album artwork as the German metal band Chaver, who are set to release their latest album on the same day.Her first artwork featured a purple-pink arachnid with a drop of blood above it.
