Dianne Buswell has revealed the one thing she's "avoided for eight years" on Strictly Come Dancing.
The professional dancer has been a part of the BBC show since 2017 and has dazzled viewers with her high-energy performances and impressive moves ever since. Since joining Strictly, which saw Dianne make the permanent move from Australia, the pro has been partnered with the likes of Max George, Tyler West and Bobby Brazier, who she finished the series in second place last year.
She even found love on the show back in 2018 when she was paired with her now-boyfriend and YouTube star, Joe Sugg. But during her time on the glitzy show, there's been one thing the dancer has been able to dodge and she's hoping this year isn't going to change that.
Speaking exclusively to OK!, Dianne revealed: "I've never done a Rumba on Strictly in eight years... I've never done it." "Now watch, they're going to make me do the Rumba this year, which scares me", the dancer jokingly added.
Before sharing: "It's not my least favourite dance, but I think if I had to choose one that I would not rather do, it'd be a Rumba." With skills in all different types of dance, Dianne said her favourite is "high energy" like a Jive but also loves a "slow waltz just as much." She added: "It depends on the music, the vibe, my feeling on the day." When asked what the most challenging part of taking part in Strictly can be, Dianne shared with us: "For us (the pro dancers), it's probably the live Saturday night show, because you're dancing with someone that's never done this process before, so you get worried of how they're going to react.
