TV presenter Davina McCall showed off her taut abs as she danced in an elevator wearing a sports bra and hot pants in a video shared on Instagram. Davina, 54, displayed her physique in her gym clothes on Thursday, telling fans she was totally feeling herself after a workout session.
Davina wore a grey sports bra, tiny pink shorts and white trainers as she moved her hips to the music.The Long Lost Family host, who is known for her gruelling workouts, captioned the post: "I'm not sure I'm meant to feel this good after a workout!!!!!! @ownyourgoalsdavina as you can see I'm totally feeling myself." Swimwear designer Melissa Odabash added: "Nothing jiggles body goals @davinamccall" Davina recently ran in the Lady Garden 5K or 10K Challenge in partnership with Simplyhealth in London's Hyde Park, raising money for gynaecological health.The challenge is held annually by the Lady Garden Foundation who raise vital awareness and funds to fight against gynaecological cancers.
Simplyhealth has joined forces with the foundation as they set out to encourage one million comfortable conversations around women’s health. More than 21,000 women are diagnosed with a form of gynaecological cancer every year.

Long Lost Family: Born Without Trace will return to ITV next week (Monday 23 May) as Davina McCall, Nicky Campbell and the team do their best to reunite foundlings with family members and shed light on their mysterious beginnings.The show – which is now a firm favourite of viewers – has always been a tear-jerker, but Davina has admitted that she finds the filming process for Born Without Trace particularly difficult. Speaking about one of the foundlings the team helped this series, Davina recalled: "I couldn't take the pain away." She explained: "To be honest, something I have found very hard but I have tried to learn over time is that I have to let people feel all the feelings that they feel and not try and make them happy or make it feel better."
