The former Love Island winners, both 28, have been enjoying a jet-set lifestyle in recent weeks, travelling to the likes of Ibiza, Mallorca and now Italy - Davide's hometown. But instead of gracing Instagram with their typical racy swimwear shots, this time Davide took to social media from a hospital.

Davide posted the snap to his Instagram stories, which shows the couple wearing face masks in an Italian medical ward.The 28 year old appeared in the image with his arm slung around the shoulders of Ekin-Su. He captioned the picture by saying: "So in hospitals in Italy it's still required to wear the mask apparently." Neither of the pair looked visibly hurt so the reason for the hospital trip remained unclear.

Viewers will be feeling the heat as Love Island returns to our screens for a 10th series this summer. Following its second winter edition in January, the hit dating show is back in Mallorca.
