A jury found Masterson guilty of two of three rape counts in May — both attacks took place in Masterson’s home in 2003.The jury could not reach a verdict on the third rape charge, which was lodged by a former, longtime girlfriend.The three women were members of the Church of Scientology, as is Masterson.
