Former EastEnders star Danielle Harold may left the BBC soap just last summer and now she's moving onto an exciting new TV project alongside a host of other TV stars. However, the actor has admitted that she was filled with anxiety ahead of the gig.
Danielle, 31, announced on Tuesday that she was filming the new series of Richard Osman's House of Games - the BBC gameshow which sees celebrities compete in a series of quiz rounds over the course of a week. Opening up about the new gig, Danielle revealed that she was battling nerves ahead of the shoot - and it's not the first time that she's suffered with anxiety.
"I always get so anxious when I’m going to film a new show I’ve not done before.
That first day at school kind of feeling," she said in a post. "But I had the best day filming with you guys we laughed a lot.
Thank you for a lovely day! What a lovely team and so great to see you again @misterosman he’s the really tall one in the middle [winky face]." The post featured a photograph of Danielle on set alongside host Richard Osman, ex Strictly Come Dancing star Robert Webb, Olympic medallist Katharine Merry and Emmerdale star Chris Bisson.
A number of TV stars commented on the post to wish her good luck, including presenter Rav Wilding, who wrote: "Such a fun show, bet you loved it!" Meanwhile, her ex EastEnders colleague and on-screen mum Patsy Kensit commented: "Miss you and love you [heart emoji]." Danielle rose to fame as Lola Pearce-Brown on BBC One's Eastenders, joining Albert Square in 2011 as the granddaughter of Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) and Julie Perkins (Cathy Murphy). She left the show briefly in 2015 before returning in 2018 to reprise her role.

Daniel Radcliffe has recalled how he was “terrified” of the late Alan Rickman at one of their first meetings and was worried that “he hated” him.Speaking on an episode of the Happy Sad Confused podcast which you can see below, Radcliffe was played a clip by host Josh Horowitz that was taken from an interview he did with Rickman interview in 2016 – something Radcliffe had never seen.
