Dancing With The Stars” has been airing for more than 30 seasons. During that time, there have been several celebrities who have tried their hand at ballroom dancing. However, only a select handful have actually won the Mirror Ball Trophy.
Now, former “DWTS” pro dancer turned judge Derek Hough says he wants to see an all-winners season of the show.Fans have been watching the reality TV dance competition for several years and viewers likely all have their favorite winners from the past. With Season 32 quickly approaching, Hough thinks it may be time for something a bit different. As the winningest pro in “DWTS” history, Hough would love to see past winners return to the ballroom in a best-of-the-best showdown.“I think that it’d be a really, really competitive season,” Hough told Variety.
The dancer/judge revealed that he’d love to see some of her former partners such as Bindi Irwin or Nicole Scherzinger return for an all-winners season. “I think [Season 24 winner] Rashad Jennings would love to come back,” Hough continued.. “[Season 9 winner] Donny Osmond, I know he’d probably love to come back, too.
Even [Season 25 winner] Jordan Fisher, who was fantastic,” he added.Other fan-favorite “Dancing With The Stars” winners over the years include Iman Shumpert, Bobby Bones, Laurie Hernandez, Rumer Willis, Amber Riley, Jennifer Grey, Shawn Johnson, Emmit Smith, and Kelly Monaco.This would be first time that “DWTS” had an all-winners season. However, the show did air an all-star cast during Season 15. The show brought back former fan favorites and winners to compete, with Melissa Rycroft taking home the trophy.
