COVID-19 lock-down: The rules surrounding pets

Lisa Vanderpump just came up with a pretty epic way to have a Vanderpump Rules watch party without running the risk of coming into contact with other people.On May 5, she tuned into the show with a group of friends, which included her two miniature ponies, Diamonds and Rosé and (at least) one of her dogs. 

Lindsay Lohan has given a shout-out to UAE authorities for how they've handled the COVID-19 crisis via her Instagram. 

Local electronic duo Goodluck are doing the most during lockdown. Last week, they held a live stream which raised funds for those struggling to put food on the table as the country continues to deal with the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic and have been instrumental in organising food parcels during their time in quarantine. While doing good, the group has also tried to be as creative as possible professionally and launched their own streaming series The Luck Down.

From April 24, Dubai has relaxed its lock-down rules, reducing curfew to 10pm-6am, and removing the need for a move permit for residents. 

“Sesame Street” has teamed up with CNN for “The ABC’s of COVID-19,” a town hall directed toward children and parents that aired on Saturday, April 25.

An additional 66 Los Angeles County residents have died from COVID-19 illness in the past 24 hours, it was reported Wednesday. That brings the total number of deaths across the county during the coronavirus pandemic to 729, with 89 percent of those patients suffering from underlying health conditions.

Another 46 people have died in Los Angeles County since Monday due to COVID-19 illness, bringing the total number to 663. For a second straight day, the number of newly diagnosed positive cases has increased significantly — Tuesday by 1,400, Monday by 1,491 — due to a backlog of cases, Dr.

As of Tuesday, April 14, the UAE has reported 4,521 (Monday saw a jump of 398 cases).
