Corrie fans point out Adam's blunder as Lydia discovers his phone during row

Coronation Street fans were quick to point out Adam Barlow's blunder on Monday's episode during a confrontation with ex Lydia Chambers. During the latest instalment, Adam was left devastated as his wife Sarah said she wanted a divorce after Lydia pretended that she was having an affair with the solicitor.
Adam then decided to play Lydia at her own game as he met her at a shopping centre with his phone recording their conversation as he confronted her about her lies. However, Lydia soon realised she was being recorded as she snatched Adam's phone away and he chased her upstairs where they continued to argue.

During the confrontation, Lydia revealed why she was out for revenge, reminding Adam that he cheated on her at least three times as well as telling her to "get rid of it" when she discovered she was pregnant.
Lydia said: "'If you had any sense, you’d get rid of it', that’s the last thing you said to me. A scared, 19-year-old girl who thought she was pregnant with your child." She added: "Weren’t you curious? For all you know I could have gone off by myself and had your baby..." After hearing her side of the story and thinking they had made progress, Adam begged Lydia to tell Sarah the truth and that she had been lying to which she then accused the solicitor of not being sorry.
A scuffle then started between the two before Lydia shoved Adam off the balcony and he fell to the ground below with Daniel Osbourne witnessing the fall and calling an ambulance.
