Coronation Street fans went wild on Wednesday night after they recognised Toyah Battersby's solicitor, Kim Wallis, played by Rebecca Hesketh-Smith. Only recently, Imran Habeeb tragically died from his injuries sustained from the car crash after first rescuing Toyah from the wreckage and getting her to safety in an ambulance.
Since the devastating crash, Toyah has been accused of Imran's murder as the police have a slew of evidence such as Imran's voicemail, revealing he had set up Abi Franklin, the fact that she didn't brake the car and statements from residents on the cobbles. On Wednesday's instalment, Toyah's solicitor pointed out how serious things are, explaining that she could either face prison time for murder or careless driving.

However, Toyah refused to see the severity and instead decided to judge her solicitor for her tattoo, claiming: "That tattoo, it's like a doctor smoking, it doesn't inspire confidence at all." During the scenes, soap watchers were quick to point out that they recognised Kim star Rebecca as they took to Twitter.
One person said: "Where have I seen the solicitor with the tattoo before? She looks familiar #Corrie #coronationstreet." A different account put: "#corrie She looks familiar, the solicitor...." While another soap watcher added: "Where have I seem Toyah's solicitor before? #Corrie." Rebecca has previously starred in Manchester-based 2020 series Life, playing Gaby, Casualty as Millie Hayford and Britannia in 2019. It comes as fans think they have figured out a new twist for Toyah after "working out" Imran's real killer on the ITV soap.
