A councillor has slammed supercar drivers who should 'grow up and get a Lego set' as police have seized a number of Lamborghinis this weekend. Officers have been clamping down on 'anti-social driving' in Greater Manchester over recent days.
Greater Manchester Police took two of the luxury performance cars off the road in Bolton today (May 29), one in bright yellow and one in white. It comes after a luminous green Lamborghini was seized by officers yesterday.
Following the latest incidents, a spokesperson for GMP Bolton West said: "It's a beautiful day...to seize two more Lamborghinis. You would have thought the drivers of these vehicles would've learnt the lesson from their mate yesterday, but no.

"Seized for anti-social driving under the Police Reform Act by the Roads Policing Unit, with assistance of GMP Transport Unit." GMP says a number of Lamborghinis have been driven in an anti-social manner across Bolton throughout the weekend.
In an earlier tweet today, after the driver of an orange Lamborghini was issued a warning, GMP Traffic wrote: "Multiple reports of different coloured Lambos being driven anti-socially this weekend at Bolton, all now identified. Orange felt it was a great idea to race up to a police scene revving engine loudly at 4am.
"Driver reported due care offence and given s59 warning." The activity by GMP in Bolton was welcomed by Manchester councillor Pat Karney.
He insisted the issue of supercar drivers causing a nuisance was also a problem in Manchester city centre - and he had strong words for the culprits. Responding to one of GMP's tweets on the issue, Coun Karney wrote: "Excellent work.
