Disgraced R&B singer R. Kelly has been moved to a federal jail in Chicago ahead of his federal sex crimes trial set to begin on Aug. 15.  Kelly was transferred Tuesday from his jail in Brooklyn following sentencing in New York to 30 years behind bars on racketeering and sex trafficking charges.

UPDATED, 4:05 PM: Jerry Harris, who starred in Netflix’s Emmy-winning docuseries Cheer, was sentenced today to 12 years in federal prison for soliciting sex with minors and other sex-related crimes. R Kelly has been sentenced to 30 years in prison by a Brooklyn judge, The New York Times reports. The R&B singer was found guilty of nine counts of sex trafficking and racketeering in September. Prior to sentencing, the court heard impact statements from Kelly's victims.
