Celebrity Hunted fans were left baffled on Tuesday night’s episode of the hit Channel 4 show, when contestant Nicola Thorp was captured just two days into the competition. The former Coronation Street star turned journalist was captured at a hotel in Birmingham in what many viewers labelled as the “easiest ever” capture in the show’s eight year history.

Rumbling her location, the hunters raced to the scene to intercept, and after confirming a visual sighting, proceeded to engage in a furious pursuit on foot, all while beau Nikesh watched helplessly from the side lines unable to reveal his own location for fear of being captured.
After the sum total of just two days in the competition, Nicola was finally captured, in scenes that many viewers could hardly believe. “Nicola walking right in front of the hunted car!” tweeted one fan, who couldn’t believe how clueless the star had been.
“Nicola u dumbo you’ve lead them to you!” lamented another fan. A third observed: “Nicola making a call...u sing a phone....that's already being tracked by the Hunters… Great." “Gotta be easiest capture
