Dirty Films — the production banner from Cate Blanchett, Andrew Upton and Coco Francini— and New Republic Pictures are partnering on the municipal fraud drama Queen Bitch & The High Horse. Bert and Bertie, known for helming Amazon’s coming-of-age comedy Troop Zero, will direct the film screenplay from Eric Matthew Brown.
