Jimin, also a member of the K-pop boyband BTS, has released a music video teaser for this upcoming solo single ‘Like Crazy’.The clip opens with an extreme close-up of the K-pop idol’s eye, before slowing panning out to reveal him sitting alone in a kitchen with flickering lights, accompanied by an atmospheric backing track.The teaser then switches to a different scene of Jimin in a dimly lit room, before cutting to a title card of ‘Like Crazy’ featuring the song’s release time. The single will be released this Friday (March 24) at 1pm KST.On the same day, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon announced that Jimin is set to make his US solo debut performance on the programme with ‘Like Crazy’.

Brent Lang Executive Editor Roadside Attractions has acquired North American rights to “Dreamin’ Wild,” a drama about the rediscovery of singer and songwriter Donnie Emerson after years spent in obscurity. The film, which was directed by Bill Pohlad, a filmmaker who unearthed gold from another music industry saga with his 2014 Brian Wilson film “Love & Mercy,” premiered at Venice. “Dreamin’ Wild,” a reference to an album that Donnie released with his brother Joe Emerson, will open nationwide only in theaters on August 4, 2023. Roadside previously released “Love & Mercy,” making this a reunion for the filmmaker and distributor. The film centers on the critical reevaluation of “Dreamin’ Wild,” and the impact that second chance has on Donnie, his wife Nancy, brother Joe, and father Don Sr. as they must come to terms their new fame. Pohlad uses two different actors to explore the real-life characters in different time periods, just as he did in “Love & Mercy” with Paul Dano and John Cusack sharing the role of The Beach Boys founder Brian Wilson. This time, Oscar-winner Casey Affleck (“Manchester by the Sea”) plays the older Donnie Emerson and Noah Jupe, who appeared in “Honey Boy,” plays the younger. Walton Goggins (“Justified”) and Jack Dylan Grazer (“It”) take on Donnie’s brother Joe, while Beau Bridges plays the family patriarch. Zooey Deschanel plays Donnie’s wife Nancy.

The Smile have confirmed that they have been working on their second album.The supergroup – made up of Radiohead‘s Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood and Sons Of Kemet drummer Tom Skinner – told fans the news at the end of an email newsletter that was announcing additional North American tour dates. “We’re deep in recording, week 7,” The Smile wrote.

Portraying the cloistered life of 12 monasteries in Spain, “Free” will be the fourth feature both partners jointly release stateside. Their distribution relationship kicked-off last year, with the U.S. release of faith-based doc “Vivo” (“Alive”), which scored $352,000 on its April 24 launch, entering into the domestic box office Top Ten. Further recent Fathom-Bosco releases include Spanish biopic “Esclavos y reyes” (“Claret”) and French pilgrimage documentary “Lourdes.”

The big show is set to take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on April 20. The awards show will also honor Colombian singer-songwriter Carlos Vives and ranchera music champion Pepe Aguilar during the awards show’s eighth iteration and with a pre-ceremony special titled “Latin AMA’s: Legacy” on April 4 via UniMás. They will each sit down for an interview and perform remotely from their respective homes in Bogotá and Mexico City.
