Britney, 40, and 28 year old Sam’s lawyer reportedly said that Jason was not allowed to be within 100 yards of the newlyweds or their Los Angeles home.
Britney’s lawyer Mathew Rosengart told Page Six: “Fortunately, Alexander is incarcerated and under an emergency protective order.” He continued: “I want to thank Sergeant Cyrus Zadeh, Detective Ken Michaelson and the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office for their prompt and good work and look forward to working with law enforcement to ensure Alexander is aggressively prosecuted and hopefully convicted, as he should be. Sergeant Cyrus Zadeh, from Ventura County Sheriff’s Department, told the PA news agency an altercation had occurred with security officers, during which items had been broken. “He [Jason] was able to find his way onto the property and was confronted by security,” Sergeant Zadeh said.
