Police have seized a machete, axe and a knife after detaining a group of youths in Glasgow.
Officers from Police Scotland were responding to reports of an alleged disturbance in the city centre on Monday evening, March 25, when they made the discovery.
A 12-year-old boy and a 17-year-old teenager have been arrested in connection with the discovery.
Sharing an update on social media, Police Scotland’s Greater Glasgow Division said: “On Monday evening, following a disturbance, officers from GGDVRU worked with local officers to detain and search a group of youths within Glasgow city centre, recovering an axe, machete and knife.
